Let me take just a moment to introduce myself...

My name is Angela Shanks-Loan. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, church leader/teacher/administrator, antique dealer/picker, retired high school history and special education teacher, historian, genealogist, and above all, a passionate lover of Jesus.

Throughout my life as a follower of Christ, I have learned many important lessons. One such lesson is that when we pray for God to use us for His glory, He usually puts us in situations outside of our comfort zone so that we stay in a place of humility and dependence on Him. This happened to me in 2020, when He told me to become ministerially ordained through Cross Country World Missions. Later that year, He instructed me to pursue training as a mental health advocate and life coach.

Then God began to speak to me about creating a blog to share with others the wisdom He imparts to me through my own life experiences and the insights He speaks to my heart.
For the last three years, I hesitated, procrastinated, and allowed the enemy to convenience me that I wasn't equipped to venture into this unfamiliar frontier. He bombarded me with lies, doubt, and constant distractions to divert me from God's plan for my life.

So I am stepping out of the boat and keeping my eyes fixed on Jesus as I begin Imparting 2 Others Ministry. My greatest hope is that those who read this blog will find hope through my writings. I can tell you that I don't have all the answers, but I can direct you to who does, and His name is Jesus.
