My Mental Health Story
I have personally experienced the pain of anxiety and depression, throughout my life; as well as living with my husband who was diagnosed with Bipolar 1in 2006. He has made multiple suicidal attempts, and battles with numerous addictions, but these conditions do not define us.

It is my hope that our stories will help you find answers and overcome the challenges you are facing and to give you hope.
Understanding the Soul
The Word of God is full of examples of men and women who struggled with depression, loneliness, grief, anger, and frustration.
When our souls experience these struggles it is imperative that we spend time in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

He knows first hand the warfare for our souls and He has provided the answer that can only be found in the TRUTH of His Word and living a surrendered lifestyle.
